Xinfadi Agricultural Products Wholesale Market
Relying on the cross-border industrial advantages of the Beijing Xinfadi Group and fully leveraging the Hainan Free Trade Port policies and the existing agricultural product industry resources in Lingshui, this project focuses on integrating multiple industries, including tourism, agricultural products, international trade, international logistics, and supply chain finance. It aims to build a modern, comprehensive industrial park that integrates agricultural product processing, trade, logistics, research and development, exhibition, and cultural exchange.
The total planned land area for the project is approximately 470 mu (31.33 hectares), with a net land area of about 380 mu (25.33 hectares). The total construction area amounts to 327,600 square meters, including 286,411.80 square meters above ground and 41,188.20 square meters underground.

Leveraging the designated customs supervision site for imported frozen goods (or public bonded supervision warehouses) and establishing a "zone-port linkage" integrated deep processing base for frozen products in collaboration with Yangpu Port.
